Your order will be placed with iDEAL iMAGES. All orders will be dealt with in a strictly confidential manner.

Delivery Policy
iDEAL iMAGES post orders by first class mail to all U.K. addresses. If orders are to posted to an address outside of the U.K. please contact us on .

Orders are normally posted out within 14-28 days from the receipt of the order.

Refund/Return
Refunds will not normally be given due to the technical nature of digital photography. All ordered prints are returned to iDEAL iMAGES for quality control  before being despatched. Although every effort is made to reproduce colours accurately the nature of digital photography means that we cannot guarantee this.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied please do not hesitate to contact iDEAL iMAGES.
